Kylie Jenner recently purchased a 2.7 million dollar estate in a private gated community in Calabasas, California. As much as I am urning to give Kylie her brownie points for being a young independent women, there’s one problem…she’s not. She doesn’t even know how to do her laundry for Christ’s sake! But that’s what big sisters are for; Kim and Khloe sat down with Kylie to have a serious talk about being a home owner. Is Kylie rethinking her big purchase?
On an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim and Khloe revealed that their little sis might be in over her head. Despite public perception of the older Kardashians, they have their stuff together. Kourtney, Kim and Khloe are all homeowners so who better to take advice from?
The conversation started when Kim asked Kylie if she knew how to do her own laundry and the 17 replied “no”. Kim proceeded to ask Kylie if she knew anything about credit, yet again another “no”. Even though Kim and Kylie are half sisters they come from a completely different generation and have different fathers which played a role in their different values and work ethic in some ways.
Kim and Khloe fired off mandatory necessities for Kylies estate all the while Kylie seemed to have no idea what they were talking about. “Homeowners association fee’s, earth quake proof, rattle snake fencing for her dogs, a really great gardener, set up electicity” and the list goes on. Kylie had this to say, “Kim and Khloe made me pretty aware that it’s a little tough to own a home”. A little tough? There are some things money can’t buy and a clue is one of them.
