It’s back on the market, hip-hop mogul Diddy re-lists his New Jersey Home for 8.5 Million.
Diddy’s 17,000 square ft. all-brick man house with swimming pool, two waterfalls, a lighted tennis court and a putting green is on the market again. The mason is listed as $8.5 million, but that’s $1.5 million less then what he paid for back in 2004. Puffy has had a little bit of trouble selling the house, buyers have showed interest but no one has pulled the trigger and offered to take it off his hands. In 2011 he listed the home for $13.5 million but could not find a buyer. The 26-room crib also has a home theater, a six- car garage, an indoor racquetball court and a home gym.
If he does sell his home, a lost of $1.5 million isn’t going to do much for a man who is estimated at $700 million. Plus if he wins his bet with Mark Wahlberg he can make $250,000 tonight!
