Back in February, Bruce Jenner was involved in a car accident that resulted in the death of Kim Howe, who was 69-years old at the time. Now, the two step-children of Howe have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the dad-gone-mom.

While there are some misunderstandings between law enforcement officials, who say that Jenner was driving below the speed limit, and the wrongful death ‘suit, that says he was speeding, the step-children are sure he was inattentive, according to TMZ. The lawsuit states that when Jenner slammed into Howe’s Lexes, (s)he was being “careless and negligent.”
The kicker:
The 2 stepkids had virtually no relationship with Kim, and any damages they claim for her loss might be extremely hard to prove. They claim loss of affection, but friends who were close to Kim say there was no affection at all.

You have no relationship with the woman, but you want money for her death. Am I the only one who is thinking that because Jenner has opened up about his/her … outer appearance, (s)he is being targeted? Yes, sure he MIGHT be guilty, but why now.
