Three days after Damon Dash lost custody of their 2 daughters, 15 year-old Ava and 6 year-old Tallulah. Dash filed a lawsuit on Rachel Roy for 2.5 million!
Damon Dash filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife Rachel Roy wanting revenge for losing the custody of their two children on April 20th. After Dash claimed in the custody battle that Rachel has put their children lives in danger with drunk driving as well as verbally abusing him. Rachel then cited in court that Dash is an unfit parent because of his drug use as well as physically abusing her in their marriage. Making Dash not only lose full custody of their children. Dash now is only allowed supervised visits with his daughters. Roy also put a three-year restraining order against him.
Dash then filed a lawsuit on Rachel for corporate crimes related to Royale Etenia LLC and Topson Downs. Which are two fashion companies they started together. Reports claim that Dash is going after Roy for breach of contract and interfering with cash distributions that were owed to him from their fashion companies. The court date has not been set yet but Dash plans on fully going through with it.
It looks like Dash and Roy will spend longer then intended time in the courts battling each other.
