Although he is currently going through a break-up with Ariana Grande, Big Sean is walking successful paths with his third studio album, Dark Sky Paradise. Sean Don stops by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to perform “One Man Can Change The World,” a song that he dedicates to his grandmother (passed away about four months ago), Mildred Virginia Leonard.
“She [M. V. Leonard] was a female black captain in World War II. She was one of the first female cops in Detroit on the streets. She got her masters at U of M [University of Michigan]. She was a teacher, a counselor and she was just the best grandma in the world,” Big Sean began his dedication speech. “If anybody could tell me that one person could change the world, one man could change the world, man meaning a guy or a female, it’s her.” DOPE!
