Some were wondering if T.I., the peacemaker, would add his opinions in on the beef between Lil Wayne and Young Thug; and here he goes. During a vacation with the family in Costa Rica, T.I. allows DJ Whoo Kid to “interrupt” the process to hear what he thinks is Thugger’s ulterior motive.
During the quick call to The Whollywood Shuffle, T.I. says, “I asked Thugger myself, I said ‘hey hey … whatcha doin? what’s goin on?'” He added that Young Thug was naming his album the Carter 6 ‘to pay homage’ and that Wayne was his favorite rapper. It’s EVERYONE else who is blowing a small incident out of proportion. I don’t think so, but okay.

In addition to the beef talk, the Atlanta rapper talk about “Bank Roll” and appearing in the movie Get Hard with Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart. “It was the first time working with Will [Ferrell], of course me and Kevin [Hart] go back farther then either of us care to remember,” he says, but “I think Get Hard was the one of the funniest movies out this year.”
