Iconic singer, Percy Sledge dies at 74. David Johnson, friend of the artist confirms the news. Sledge was found in his Baton Rouge, Louisiana home early Tuesday [April 14] morning.

Sledge, who recorded the number one Billboard 100 hit, “When A Man Loves A Women” in 1966, is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Alabama Music Hall of Fame.
