Some good news was definitely needed and The Game Starring In New VH1 Dating Show is the most positive thing we’ve heard for the Hip Hop star alongside the downward spiral of punching a cop at a basketball game and his ongoing beef with 40 Glocc. Now the tides are shifting to relationship business as he’s clearly moving on from his ex-fiancee and mother of his children Tiffny Cambridge (ouch) and putting the casting call out.
What’s setting The Game Starring In New VH1 Dating Show apart from other series is the road to the end. For starters, VH1 and Complex report a few of The Game’s celebrity friends will each be picking out their choice of ladies for dates along the way–talk about the company you keep! And secondly–said lady will be not only #1 on his arm but will start packing immediately as she’ll be accompanying him on tour this summer. The official press release highlights the following:
We all know The Game from his hit VH1 series “Marrying The Game” as an amazing father as well as family man, that goes without saying. But what we don’t know is if there is a woman out there that would satisfy him enough to slow him down. In the past we’ve seen him give being a family man his all, but sometimes in life and love other cards come into play. Now, in the new series “She’s Got Game,” The Game sets out in pursuit of his perfect love match while he embarks on a national tour. The 10-episode series is slated to premiere summer 2015.
Tired of picking the wrong women, in “She’s Got Game,” Taylor turns to his celebrity friends to see who can help him most when it comes to matters of the heart. Each celebrity will select a young woman to accompany Game on his national tour. But which women will succumb to the not-so-innocent rock star lifestyle, and which will have his back and ultimately win his heart?
…well alright, alright, alright! While some are already making fun of this (note the Game of Thots joke already used) hopefully this adds up to some real love and happiness.
