Freddie Gibbs, Engaged?! Yes, he is. The Gary, Ind. artist made the announcement via Instagram. “She ain’t say yes. She said ‘Hell Yeah Nigga’. Daughter on the way, Gibbs family started. Thank U Lord.” Gibbs asked his now fiancée, Erica Dickerson, to be his wife prior to their baby shower celebration over the weekend. The two are expecting their first child, and daughter that they will name Irie Jane. Dickerson is actually five weeks away from giving birth. It’s a great time for the pair.

“Today was the perfect day. I was surrounded by friends and family and my bestfriend and the father of my child asked me to be his forever. All the love felt today was indescribable. I love you @freddiegibbs (heart emoji) can’t wait to be your wife and the mother of your child (face with heart eyes emoji).”
