NEW ATTORNEY, check! Monday, Mar. 9, Suge Knight appears in court with new attorney, Matthew P. Fletcher by his side – we haven’t heard of any hospital visits. More than anything, this court appearance was about the introduction of Fletcher, and the scheduling of a new appearance.

Just last week, without warning, Knight announced to the judge that he had fired his previous attorney, David Kenner. This week, we meet the new guy who will be handling Knight’s hit-and-run murder case. Suge’s appearance was a short and sweet one. There was no discussion of the incident itself, including the fatal video that may or may not help Suge’s defense – I say NOT!

There will be a bail hearing as well as a preliminary hearing, scheduled for Mar. 20. Bail; doubt it.
