Okay maybe my title is a little harsh, it has to suck when you meet one of your favorite celebrities and they turn out to be a douchebag towards you. Anyways that’s what this man is claiming after mustering up the “courage” to ask Dez Bryant to take a picture and getting shut down by the Dallas Cowboys wide receiver.
Dez Bryant was watching a high school basketball game in DeSoto, Texas when one of his fans asked him for a picture. Bryant reportedly told him “no” then proceeded to take pictures with a group of older men and other fans immediately after. Here’s what he wrote on Instagram.
I saw Mr. Dez Bryant yesterday at a bball game in Desoto yesterday. He was taking pics with everyone. I built my courage up to have a pic with my favorite Cowboy only to have my pride and heart crushed. He told me no and immediately took pics with a group of older men immediately after. Wow. This is what I had to do. My BF’s son got this for me. I’ve been defending him and his actions to all my coworkers friends etc. I’m done. Thanks Dez!
Bryant’s character has been called into question lately after reports about an alleged video tape that’s “five times worse” than Ray Rice’s. The tape never came out but if this story is true, I wonder why Bryant said no to him specifically.
