Marshawn Lynch may not say much in the media but here’s another way you can get to know the dynamic Seattle Seahawks running back. Lynch teamed up with Debonair Productions to produce a movie about his life story entitled “Family First: The Marshawn Lynch Story”.
The clip isn’t a trailer, it’s highlights from the movie used as a promotional tool to spark interest. There’s currently no release date for the flick.
The movie itself tells about Marshawn Lynch’s life and of course, his battle with the media.
At one point he asks a kid, “Is you a reporter?” when he wants to ask him a question. When the kid says “no”, then Marshawn allows him to ask his question.
Also at the 3:17 mark, he’s shown sitting in a car talking about reporters and the press.
“You ready for this?” the friend asks him. “There’s reporters up there, too.”
To which Lynch replied beautifully, “Don’t matter. They only can report what I say. If I don’t say nothin’, then what they gonna report on?”
Well they’re gonna report on you not saying anything Marshawn as I myself have done.
I must admit, after watching the clip, it’s a step below even a BET quality movie. The acting is pretty bad and the production is low quality but guess what? I’ll still be watching whenever it comes out.
