Madonna was performing on Wednesday night at the Brit Awards over in London wearing a huge Armani cape with her back to the audience and Madonna falls off stage .

The Plan was for the backup dancer to dramatically pull the cape off of her as she revealed a sparkly outfit, but instead Madonna falls off stage .

Before Madonna falls off stage and the back round dancer goes to pull the cape Madonna was supposed to untie the cape strap around her neck. Apparently it was tied way too tight because she was yanked off of stage. Since the Strap was too tight and it took Madonna a little longer to get it off, all the timing along with the miscommunication it was too late so the Dancer rips the cape , not knowing Madonna wasn’t read , and in the process Madonna falls off stage .

It took a moment for Madonna to get everything together after Madonna falls off stage but after a minute or two she was able to collect herself and continue her performance like the Madonna we know and love .
