“Can’t wait for you to hear @yelawolf’s Love Story,” Eminem tweeted out. “It’s [sic] coming.” Em serves as executive producer to the Alabama-born rapper’s upcoming LP, Love Story. So far, Yelawolf has released three tracks off of Love Story, including “Box Chevy V” and “Honey Brown”. You can also hear “Whiskey in a Bottle”, which he’s released a lyric video for.

Love Story, slated to drop April 21, is the follow-up to Yelawolf’s Radioactive, which he says could have come out so much better. The lat album, ”It was like a fucking rush to do everything; rushing to get it in, rush to do this, etc; a lot outside ideas … After talking to Marshall, this time around, were just going to go back to the roots. Just give me the keys to the studio—which they did—I’ll turn in an album and we’ll take it from there.”

Yelawolf also took to Instagram to release the cover art for the project, with the following caption:

LOVE STORY IS DROPPING APRIL 21ST !!!!! Here’s the cover … The release date … And if that ain’t enough to hold you over … Here’s the lyric video for WHISKEY IN A BOTTLE !!!! ..You’ve all been so patient .. And I couldn’t thank you more .. And on the other hand now some of yall can shut the f**k up .. Hahaha .. no but foreal I’m really REALLY excited to share this with you all .. and the people who were tripping the most and giving me shit about the release date .. Honestly your my favorite kind !!! It has been a long time coming but .. This is LOVESTORY !!! …

To be honest, I have been a fan of Yelawolf for some time now, and it’s great to see that he’s smoothly transitioning back into the swing of things.
