Jay Z and Beyoncé have decided to become full-time West Coasters, and recently picked out their first pad…though it’s not a permanent one. While they search for “the one,” the power couple have rented a beautiful mansion in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Paying $150k/month, Hov, Bey and Blue Ivy have 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an infinity pool with a waterfall, a wine cellar, a 75-foot-long art gallery, 2 libraries, a movie theater, a tennis court and so much more.
