VH1’s reality star “Real” whose real name is Ahmad Givens died at age 33 after a long battle with colon cancer.

Real was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer back in 2013. After his much needed surgery, things were looking up and everyone was very hopeful. Earlier this year, the cancer returned which resulted him in having to take chemotherapy treatments.
His brother Chance told TMZ that after being bedridden due to a fall in January, his condition just took a turn for the worse ever since. It was also stated that on Friday night during a family visit, they had that horrible feeling that his time was near because he started having complications which his speech and vision.
Just a few hours later, he was gone. Chance posted a tribute to his brother online where he said, “I’ll see you one day soon we shall dance again in God’s kingdom forever and ever bro words can’t describe my pain world pray for me.” R.I.P. Ahmad
