Damn. Supremely bad news for the family, friends, and fans as just announced is Bobby Shmurda Bail Revoked, Will Remain in Prison. “We are working on a more viable package” says his newest attorney Kenneth J. Montgomery. What’s really going on???
Bobby Shmurda Bail Revoked, Will Remain in Prison as his recent bail package has been withdrawn by courts and the $2 million that WAS posted–has since been pulled earlier today. (Where they do that?!)…this is after last week’s reports of Shmurda’s bail being posted by the “celebrity bail bondsman” Ira Judelson. Kenneth J. Montgomery said then–“due to a 72 hour surety, the package would have to be secured by the government. If approved he is released. If not a hearing would be rescheduled to litigate any issues.”
But that’s not even the case anymore. Bobby Shmurda Bail Revoked, Will Remain in Prison, the suretor is confirmed to have pulled out, and Shmurda’s lawyer confirms the bail is on hold. His lawyer explains the math on this as follows:
“We’re trying to do a new bond application and are in the process of figuring that out,” he said. “We’re hoping to get it done within the next week.”
…damn. Hopefully that’s really the case, because so far it seems every week is something new (SMH). Bobby Shmurda Bail Revoked, Will Remain in Prison and he and the GS9 are still in danger of being hung on 101 counts of conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of weapons, and further results of an expansive narcotics operation.
