Arrest Warrant for 9 Year Old Stealing Gum

Getting ’em in early: Apparently someone needs to be taught a lesson as a 9 Year Old Slapped with Arrest Warrant for Stealing Gum in Idaho is in juvenile detention.

For allegedly failing to show up in court twice, 9 Year Old Slapped with Arrest Warrant for Stealing Gum by an Idaho prosecutor who some say is taking his job way too seriously. While Police Chief Scott Haug has no comment on the initial arrest, he does say that “in his 30 years in law enforcement that he’s ever seen an arrest warrant for someone that young.”

The warrant serving Kootenai County prosecutor Barry McHugh says he can’t comment further because the case involves a minor.
