Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green attended the Seattle Seahawks Divisional Round playoff game against the Carolina Panthers at CenturyLink Field on Saturday and apparently there was an altercation.
Draymond Green was with a group of Panthers fans seated in a private box and there was reportedly A LOT of smack talking between his group and the Seahawks fans sitting below him.
Towards the end of the game when Seattle started piling it on, things got really heated and that’s when the Golden State Warriors big man grabbed some food and threw it at the Seahawks fans.
The Seahawks fans caught it on tape and let Green know they were filming him.
According to TMZ Sports, no one got kicked out of the game, it was already so close to the final whistle that everyone just dispersed. But the Seattle fans definitely had some words for Green as they left.
Green later took to his Twitter account and said he only threw four grapes. He also says he’s not a Panthers fan and he doesn’t care that they lost. Well he did take a picture with fellow Warriors player Stephen Curry who is from Charlotte and a big Panthers fan. I can’t really see Steph in the video but I definitely see his wife Ayesha and what looks like his mother and father if I’m not mistaken.
