A 9-year old boy Stabbed in Staten Island is recovering after he was stabbed on his way to school in Mariners Harbor on Staten Island early Friday.Police say Jermaine Williams was stabbed in the neck, arm and head while walking on Union Avenue just before 8 O’clock in the morning on Friday.

The Young 9 year old boy stabbed in Staten Island is being treated for his injuries at a hospital but DO NOT WORRY ! they were not life threatening and the young man will be okay! He is expected to make a return back home to Staten Island on Saturday. There were no immediate arrests. The crime was captured on surveillance video. The time stamp on the chilling surveillance video: 7:54 a.m. Friday. You see what appears to be a child walking along Union Avenue in Mariner’s Harbor. Behind him, there’s a man following him. What happens next? The suspect catches up with, and stabs the victim, who somehow escapes, running for his life.

“Heartbreaking I seen my little brother getting stabbed,” said brother Shawn Williams. “It broke my heart it made me want to cry. “Police say he was making the short walk from his home to his school, P.S. 44, when he was attacked. Police say he was stabbed with an unknown object at least 3 times. His brothers say when he ran home after the attack he had no idea what had happened or why.” What he came to us and said was that he was hit in the head,” said brother Malik Williams. –
