Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry doesn’t dunk very often but when he does, it’s electric. With a little more than four minutes remaining in the third quarter and Golden State leading 91-73, Curry took off in transition after a Toronto turnover. Kyle Lowry gave chase but Curry elevated from outside the protected circle, finishing a one-handed dunk before Lowry could contest the shot from behind. The forceful slam brought a celebratory yell from Curry as the Oracle Arena crowd jumped to its feet.
The dunk marked the first of Curry’s 2014-15 season, according to Basketball-Reference.com. The 6-foot-3 point guard has now completed 11 dunks during his six-year career, according to the site.
Curry finished with a game-high 32 points, 12 assists and five rebounds. Draymond Green added a triple double with 16 points, 13 assists and 11 rebounds.
Golden State improved to 26-5. Toronto fell to 24-9.
