As Lil’ Tunechi moves on from Cash Money he’s also mending old ties, from what was a split between the then Cash Money Millionaires and No Limit Records syndicate ‘back in the day.’ Lil Wayne and Master P Working On First Collaboration as they gear up for the 2015 single “Power,” which will mark their first official record together.
Lil Wayne and Master P Working On First Collaboration in what’s reported to be a swap deal, meaning the two will team up on at least one more record this year.
“This is ‘Power.’ You want that money, you gotta go out and work for it,” Master P says in the clip below. “Me and Lil Wayne about to go crazy. It’s about to be a magical 2015.”
This is also a welcome bit of good news continuing from the hard fought ‘freedom’ of the “No Ceilings” rap star since parting ways with YMCMB, to the congrats and cult-like support of many. It’s reported that the Cash Money–No Limit fallout was due to New Orleans brethren Birdman and Master P at odds over who coined the term “bout it.” (Really fellas?!)
