Faith Evans Says Tupac Did What? In a recent interview Faith Evans comments on an infamous situation, saying “I didn’t know what I was walking into.”
Faith Evans Says Tupac Did What? While discussing her memoirs “Keep The Faith” the former First Lady of Bad Boy Entertainment talked on the rather ‘notorious’ situation resulting from a recording session with the one Makaveli. The R&B diva confirms Tupac requesting oral sex from her though she continuously denies ever sleeping with west coast’s own.
As the Faith Evans Says Tupac Did What? progresses she goes on to detail the events post-studio session, saying she went to collect a $25,000 fee from him and was greeted in a “surprising and offensive” way. Faith says she engaged in the situation not knowing Pac was signed to Death Row records, which at the time would have been an absolute deal breaker. Tensions had been building from shots fired to Diddy–then Sean “Puffy” Combs, her then husband Notorious BIG and the entire Bad Boy clique.
“It was a bad choice, but I didn’t know that until then. Had I known the things I know I definitely would not have done the song with him or anyone Death Row–related.”
While the specs may be sketchy she does go into more detail than we’ve heard before:
“I allowed myself to be played and allowed myself to get into this situation, because this is totally not how I operate. That ain’t how I do business and that was never even up for discussion as far as that being an exchange. My whole point for being in L.A. and not going on that Bad Boy tour was to be out there making my money. I’m very much about the coins. It was no way I was about to have done that.”
Recall the choice lines that would echo after this situation from Tupac’s famed “Hit Em Up” diss track to Diddy and the Notorious BIG. As well as hyped interviews which would go unanswered though never forgotten.
Many take the comments with a grain of salt as the “Thug Life” rapper has been unjustly tied and defended himself from sexual assault cases in the past. With that said the pressure on females in the male driven music industry are heavy, especially in Hip Hop. But really, the news that Faith Evans Says Tupac Did What? is just sad to hear.
