It seems we have been talking about Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom not being together forever now, but the fact is they are STILL married, despite everything you hear. Khloe has looked like she moved on by dating other people while Lamar has been laying very low, more recently overseas trying to play ball. Apparently though Khloe might still have some real love for Lamar because she has been hesitant to finalize the divorce with him, even though she has the power to do so without him cooperating.

“Khloe has been advised by her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, to formally enter a default judgment of divorce, which would render her single again,” a source told Radar. “With Lamar failing to respond, Khloe is well within her legal rights to go forward without him.”
“But even after all of the heartbreak Lamar has caused Khloe, there is a hesitation on her part to do anything. If nothing is done, in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge,” the source added.
“Khloe likely received a notice from the court, which states unless something is done to further her case, it will be dismissed. Since the divorce was never finalized, once the case is dismissed, they will need to refile for divorce to start the process again. Perhaps this is what Khloe wants, though.
After all, Khloe recently admitted on an episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, “If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar. Even right now today I wish I was still married to him.”
