Protest In Missouri, Protesters take to the streets, stopping traffic on I170 in St. Louis County in the wake of a white police officer killing a black man, 18 year old Antonio Martin on Tuesday.

It is alleged that Martin pointed his gun at the officer. The officer then shot Martin. Protesters gathered at the Berkeley Mobile gas station, where the shooting did occur. Chanting with signs, people looking to get into a store front but was stopped after others realize what was happening.
Since the beginning the rights of people of colour have been fought for. Let the police officers and the “system” be who acts in ingnorance, that way there are no excuses of why everyone is not treated humanely.
Garner was unarmed so was Brown. There are definite reprocusions living by the code, “eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth”. There are but so many teeth and eyes. Violence can easily obscure the sight of us that needs to see justice. The only thing killing does is decrease the population and the system and its police will still be at large. Let us all take a stand for justice peacefully. Dr. Martin Luther Kings dream is coming true, so justice will prevail very soon for America and other places.
