Even after a horrible debut, the Cleveland Browns are sticking with Rookie QB Johnny Manziel. Coach Pettine believes that he gives them their best chance to win. Hit the jump for details.

The Cleveland Browns decided to move on from the Brian Hoyer era and played rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel. That era of Browns football got off to a disastrous start with Manziel leading the Browns to a 0-30 shutout loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
Manziel can shoulder some blame for that loss, going 10-of-18 for 80 yards and throwing two interceptions.
Head coach Mike Pettine said that Manziel played like a rookie in the game, but despite his lackluster play, they’re not ready to give up on him after one start. Pettine said the Browns will keep Manziel as their starter, and more shockingly that they think he gives them the best chance to win.
