If you Trying To Shake Cops Hand at the San Fran airport, get left hanging, you say “You’re a stand up individual”, those 5 words will get you jumped on, arrested, left in jail over night, but not charged…
The guy Trying To Shake Cops Hand was Derek Youmans, whom was allegedly not allowed on a flight because he was accused of drinking(he didn’t seem drunk), Youmans approached this cop, Parker, got a cold reaction, so he says ‘You’re a Stand Up individual’ then tries to leave, but could due to being smacked(witnesses say hard) in the back of the head and thrown to the ground;
“What’s your name again?” Youmans asks as he walks up to the officer.
“You want to make a complaint or something? Is that why you’re recording?”
“No, I just want to get your name. What’s your name.”Parker?
“Yeah.”
“447?”
“Yeah,”
“Keith Parker, nice to meet you. You won’t even shake my hand,” he says.
“No.”
“You’re a standup individual,” Youmans says.
One of Youmans coworkers there that witnessed the whole thing in no way shape or form touched the cop prior to the rough treatment, and it did NOT seem like it was justified.
Apparently Youmans was trying to get to San Diego when someone told the airline he and another guy had been drinking, the airline informed him he couldn’t get on the plane, and some cops came to ask him to leave, and he started to do so, but, he stop to make a complaint with the airline, and then was about to leave…but here’s where he F’d up, before leaving he saw SFPD officer keith parker, and wanted to ask his name(prob because he was one of the cops that helped ask him to leave)….
What do you think? Should the guy have just left, or is it his right as a wrongly accused citizen(allegedly) to file a report and in that report get officer parkers name??? Was he supposed to get jumped on for Trying To Shake Cops Hand????
