We’re not quite sure if Miley Cyrus is going through some type of quarter life crisis or if she’s just naturally crazy, but the “Wrecking Ball” singer was spotted on Wednesday night in Miami right before she was scheduled to perform at Art Basel wearing quite the outfit. The singer was topless with nothing on but some pasties on her boobs and a very loud looking silver wig. She brought her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger along with her for the performance where she sang mostly cover songs. Check out Miley’s wild outfit in the gallery.
