Want to know what it’s like to be on tour with Chance the Rapper or one of the members of The Social Experiment? Well this mini-doc gives you a quick glimpse at a day in the life.
Shot, directed and edited by Austin Vesely, the 11-minute mini-doc, called “SoXDay,” follows Chano and his crew during a day on tour.
“See what it’s like to be on tour with Chance the Rapper and the Social Experiment for the 23 hours a day they’re not on stage,” he explains in the description of the video on YouTube. “Featuring Donnie Trumpet, Peter Cottontale, Stix, Nate Fox’s Back and Macie Stewart. Surf coming soon, We do this sh– for fun.”
And it was full day of from. The mini-doc captures the team of friends and musicians from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. playing football, grabbing a bite to eat filled with laughs. We also see them celebrate backstage at a show, go through soundcheck, relax on the bus, and dance outside of it.
