Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine says he won’t announce the starters until later this week but it feels like Manziel’s got the edge especially with LeBron telling the media he’s “ready to go.”
Though Brian Hoyer has been playing very well and has gotten the team to 7-5, fans have been longing to see Manziel take the field. Manziel got that chance when Hoyer was struggling against the Buffalo Bills. He led them to a touchdown on his first drive then had a disastrous blunder on the second one. The AFC North is currently the toughest and tightest division in the league right now with a three-way tie between the Ravens, Steelers and Browns while the Bengals are just 1.5 games ahead. Pettine has a tough decision ahead of him as there’s no room for error right now.
