It’s rough being a NY Jets fan. The team is currently 2-10 at the bottom of the AFC East and their latest loss came from division rival, the Miami Dolphins. All the Jets blunders came to prime time TV as the Dolphins beat them 16-13 during Monday Night Football.
The Jets game on Monday was a typical Jets prime time game over the last few years, featuring sloppy mistakes and a lack of tangible modern-day offense. It’s enough to drive a man to drink. Or a minor.
As ESPN rolled a Play 60 spot calling for young children to exercise 60 minutes a day, they managed to catch a young Jets fan who appeared to be holding a Bud Light.
Ummm clearly someone in the ESPN production team is in some serious hot water for this mistake.
As a New York Giants fan I totally feel their pain. New York sports as a whole just sucks overall right now. NY Jets coach Rex Ryan looked pretty defeated during the post-game presser. Usually he’s able to roll with the punches but on Monday night he honestly looked done, like he had no other options left, and well he doesn’t because he’ll likely be fired at the end of the season.
