“When I first began to do it [rap], it was really one of my older homies that was pushing me to do it,” Ross says about how the earlier parts of career began. “It’s because he had an older brother that was DJing and f**king with vinyls and s**t, he was pushing me to do it,” Rozay continues.

The “homie” that Rick Ross mentions is now facing 60 years in prison and can be heard featured on Hood Billionaire’s last track, “Brimstone.”
