After his split from longtime girlfriend Jordin Sparks, Jason Derulo is ready for the single life, and has purchased a $3 million bachelor pad in Tarzana, California. (That’s where a lot of the celebs live in the L.A. area.)

The crib looks like a mini-castle from the outside, complete with turrets and stained glass windows. Inside is just as awesome, with a billiard room, bar, a gym with a sauna and tanning room, a grand staircase, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows. But wait – it gets even better outside! The backyard has a 75-foot pool with a bridge that leads to a pergola, complete with built-in bar, spa and entertaining area. Don’t forget the lighted basketball court! Oh, and just for good measure, the house has a separate guest house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a 3-car garage. What the heck! I’m moving in ASAP.
