The New York Giants are playing the Dallas Cowboys in MetLife Stadium for Sunday night football. Giants currently lead 14-10 with both touchdowns courtesy of rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. His second touchdown however may very well be one of, if not the greatest catch in the history of football!
It came in the second quarter. Eli Manning threw a 43-yard pass that looked like it would’ve been overthrown but Beckham caught it and held on for the touchdown. By the way he caught it with 3 fingers! The move looked like it was straight out of The Matrix.
There’s no doubt that Odell Beckham Jr. can use that same hand to accept the ESPY for Play of the Year award.
Giants star wide receiver Victor Cruz is out for the season after tearing the patellar tendon in his right knee, but took to his Twitter account to say that Beckham Jr.’s touchdown catch is the best catch he’s ever seen.
