Marlon Wayans recently filed a legal document in which he defends an Instagram post where he called an extra, Pierre Daniel, from his movie, “Haunted House 2” the n word and a Cleveland lookalike.
According to TMZ, the legal document says that when growing up in in the projects of NYC, black men and women frequently used the n word (with both an a and an r) as a colloquial term of camaraderie.
“Haunted House 2” co-star Jaime Pressly came to Marlon’s defense filing her own declaration saying, “Mr. Wayans has addressed me as n**** in the past, and frequently uses it as a term of endearment with his friends and family.”
Marlon says the photo (check gallery above) that triggered the lawsuit is ridiculous. The Wayan’s brother says Daniel agrees to posed for the photo and even has a scene in the movie where he’s referred to as Cleveland. See the video below.
