This was a dangerous and dirty play by Denver Nuggets forward Darrell Arthur. During their game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Dion Waiters elevated for a layup and Arthur pushed him while he was in the air. Waiters hit the ground hard and took some time to get up as he laid there in pain. Arthur was hit with a flagrant 2 foul and ejected with 4.4 seconds left in the first quarter of the game. The following day, the league handed down additional discipline of a one-game suspension. Arthur will serve his suspension tonight when the Nuggets play the Portland Trailblazers.
