Former Falcons player Tony Gonzalez is regarded as one of the best tight ends in the history of the NFL. He retired last season having never won that elusive Super Bowl championship and many teams have inquired if he’ll come back and give it another shot. Gonzalez says he hasn’t gotten any calls about coaching and he certainly doesn’t want any.
TMZ Sports caught up with the future Hall of Famer who said he absolutely does not want to coach because it’ll be the biggest waste of his time. He pointed out how much time coaches put into the job and he prefers the couple hours he spends as an analyst. Gonzalez is currently an NFL analyst for CBS Sports.
