A sick player being on Instagram during the game isn’t that big of a deal but it’ll be blown up considering the current state of things between Jadeveon Clowney and the Houston Texans.
Clowney, who was sitting out the Texans-Eagles game with the flu, was liking photos on Instagram while his teammates were playing. Or, someone who has access to Clowney’s account was doing it, you never know. A lot of athletes give someone else access to their social media accounts to help them run it.
But it wasn’t a good look especially since NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that the team is “frustrated” with Clowney and wants him to “grow up.”
Still football games are long and all of us glance at social media while they’re on.
When Clowney does get back on the field, he better show out.
