Kieth Stewart and Dottie Coven tied the knot on a non stop flight from Nashville to Dallas Love Field (how fitting). The couple are frequent fliers and felt it was fitting to make it official at a cruising altitude of 32,000 ft.
Just when you think you’ve seen it all one couple decides to switch it up. Kieth Stewart and Dottie Coven boared flight 4058 from Nashville to Dallas Love Field with 30 members of friends and family. Interesting enough Southwest played a role in planning the wedding, they had a band and impressed by decorating the jetway with balloons. The business travelers even had a flower girl walk down the aisle and hand out peanuts. Very unique, but Southwest had a reason to put this route in the spotlight. It was the first nonstop flight from Nashville to Dallas Love Field in over 35 years after governtment restrictions had only allowed flights from neighboring states. The newly weds are heading to Puerto Rico as a wedding gift from Southwest.
