Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s son, Young Dirty Bastard has his father’s outspoken personality for sure. Montreality recently sat him down for an interview and it was very interesting to say the least. Not only did he reveal that he had cancer but he explains that AIDS isn’t real. “AIDS is the biggest lie in the world. Man created AIDS. It didn’t come from a monkey…I think when you go to the hospitals they give you cancer. You get cancer from the foods. Actually, I got cancer in my calls right now, but I’m trying to beat it everyday.” YDB also spoke about his family still being on foodstamps, and the day his father died.
