Via Stunna Life:
There’s nothing like the black sheep of the family! On the heels of Peyton breaking the NFL record for most TD passes thrown on Sunday night…510 to be exact, here comes John Boyett, now FORMER safety for the Denver Broncos getting arrested and ultimately released from the roster. Keep reading, this story is quite interesting.
This isn’t Boyett’s first run in with the police recently, but it is the most unbelievable. The first got him released from the Colts this time last year, and this one got him released from the Broncos today. It appears that he was out drinking last night after practice at the Bronco’s facility and became belligerent. He tried to eat food from someone else’s place, refused to pay his tab, and threatened to punch a bartender. Police were called, and get this…they called him a cab. Incredible. There are so many things that I could say right here, but I will leave it to your imagination.
Shortly after they set him on his merry way, they received another call regarding John. This time, it was from the cabby. Boyett had punched him in the face and headbutted him. Mmmmm.
Boyett must have begun sobering up, because he ran. He stole a shovel from a nearby construction site, and buried himself under mulch to avoid being arrested. Smart. Once arrested, he told the police to call his boss John Elway. I swear this would be funny were it not so sad.
