MTV’s Rob Markman caught up with Ja-Rule during Def Jam’s 30th Anniversary celebratory concert, and asked the questions of all questions… What ever happened to the infamous rap group of the 90’s consisting of Rule, Jay Z, and DMX a.k.a.
