20-year-old Kelsey Smith, was taken into custody for the death of 3-year old Jeida Torres. According to reports, Smith is a suspect for brutally beating the child to death because she accidentally used the bathroom on herself. The police found the Torres after a 911 caller reported that they heard vicious screams coming from the Brooklyn apartment. Jeida Torres died at Wyckoff Hospital shortly after the incident.
