The con cept for the film was created by Durant , Patricof and Rich Kleiman, Durant’s Roc Nation agent. THE OFFSEASON: KEVIN DURANT is directed by Brendan and Emmett Malloy
HBO is of course no stranger to producing award-winning sporting related content as the network is home to popular programs like ‘Hard Knocks’ and ‘The Franchise’ in addition to boxing.
According to HBO, cameras followed Durant through the end of a grinding NBA season and into the transition of the offseason, so it should be a very interesting watch.
