The two men accused of attacking two 49ers fans at Levi’s Stadium at Sunday’s game made their first court appearance on Wednesday.
Dario and Amador Rebollero, who are brothers, are accused of beating two men in a bathroom before the San Francisco 49ers game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Both were assigned lawyers on Wednesday, so they did not enter a plea. Amador’s bail was set at $350,000; Dario’s bail was set at $75,000.
One of the victims is now in critical condition and has partial paralysis. He has bleeding and swelling in the brain. The other victim was treated and released.
A witness says it all started when one victim brushed past a man to use a stall.
