Black Mamba the great, Kobe Bryant, played in his first game since having 76 off for rest and recovery from his injuries last season. The game seemed to be a bit entertaining as Kobe dropped a quick 13 points in the 98-95 victory over the Denver Nuggets. This might be a turn around season for the Lakers guys!
He just looked like Kobe,” said Lakers Coach Byron Scott. “The way he was moving, the way he was able to do that patented fall-away, take advantage of his length and his size against some of the guys that they had on him.” Kobe seemed to be smooth sailing playing 22 mins and dishing out 5 assists. Even though it’s only preseasons the team seemed to have good “glue” with having Kobe back on the court wasn’t much of a visual issue.
