McDonalds is being sued because a manager at one of their NYC locations beat the crap out of a patron. But the deets seem to be fishy. See more below!

In June 2013 a patron, Joel Roach, entered NYC 24-Hour McDonalds to place an order at 5 am.

But he was told by the manager that they were out of food.

Roach snarled back pointing out that there was food right in front of him on display only to be told that it had been ear marked for another customer.

According to Roach amidst the argument the manager allegedly said “Let’s take it outside and I’m gonna kick your ass.”

The two went outside where the manager made good on his word, sucker punching Roach causing him to fall and break his fibula.

A rep for McDonald’s tell us they plan on defending the allegations adding that cops responded to the incident at the time and no charges were filed against the employee.

McDonalds can’t be loving’ this.
