Although October’s Very Own, Drake had a little help from his latest signee, ILoveMakonnen; the Canadian repper was able to hold down the 72nd Week straight on the Billboard Hot 100. Drake has taken the spot from the Beatles who previously held down the record, with the number 8 slot for most appearances on the chart!
Drake has yet to hold down the overall #1 slot on the Billboard Hot 100, yet he has been dubbed with the
‘most #1 songs on Billboard’s Hot Rap Songs less than six years after first landing on the charts in the first place, beating out Jay Z, Lil Wayne, and Kanye West in the process.’
