Countess Vaughn aka Kim from “The Parkers” returns to television in “Hollywood Divas.” On TV One on October 8th, she will be beginning her surgery for a nip-tuck.

Some things never change, the funny girl and former “Moesha” and “The Parkers” star is back on the scene. But after several kids and few issues in her life, she’s had a problem controlling her weight.

So on the premiere episode, we can see her with her former co-star and bestie Shar Jackson, paying a visit to the office of former “Dr. 90210” [Dr. Matlock].

She may even leave with some vaginal rejuvenation and not just lipo and a tummy tuck.
