Paparazzi caught up with Keyshia Cole’s infamous mom Frankie outside of Philippe Chow in Beverly Hills yesterday, coming out of a private dinner to celebrate her daughter’s forthcoming album. Of course, the photog had to ask her thoughts on Birdman, who we all know Keyshia was fighting over just last weekend, and Frankie’s drunken response is pretty funny…although it’s more ridiculous than anything. Who is running this woman around and why aren’t they keeping things in order at all?
